Instead of pulling or tearing, it uses rotating soft leather fingers to tumble the buds across a non-stick steel grate, while razor-sharp tempered blades trim the excess leaf material cleanly and consistently.
The machine is built on an inclined frame, allowing continuous flower discharge while running: simply open the top latch door and the finished buds exit smoothly without stopping production. Blade height can be adjusted to match flower density, strain type, or moisture level.
