Warranty
All products must only be used in accordance with the manufacturer’s user instructions. Warranty is not valid in case of improper use or unauthorized service without prior contact with us. In any case, purchase receipt or invoice is needed for reapairing or replacement. In case you have to send us the product for repairing or replacement, you are charged with the shipping cost
Returns
You can return the product you have bought from our e-shop in the following cases:
Different product than the one you ordered
In this case you must return the product to us in it’s package unsealed, if the mistake is obvious without opening the package. We will send you the right product after the contact with you on our expense. In case of unavailability you will get a refund.
In DOA Cases(dead on arrival)
In that case you have to inform us within 2 working days from the delivery date. In that case we are charged with the shipping cost.
Return for upgrading a non-faulty product within or without warranty
In that case you are charged with the shipping cost.
Without special reason
You can return any product to is within 14 calendar days commencing from the issue date of the receipt or the invoice for your order, and only in its initial unsealed factory package. In this case you will be charged with the shipping cost. You will get a refund for the product, but not for the shipping costs you paid for receiving or sending back the product.
In every case along with the product you must have the purchase receipt or invoice. In case of returning a product please contact us via phone or email mentioning the order number as well as the reason of the return.
