All prices are in Euro, VAT included. In our site you can add products in the shopping cart and have an estimation of the shipping cost. For the exact shipment cost you have to give your address.
Every order has the legal notice of payment attached. We can provide you with an invoice for all the products except nutrients if you want to resell them. If you require an invoice instead of receipt, please contact us

Shipping

Orders are shipped via the following ways:

ELTA Courier
Orders that are placed until 12pm are shipped with ELTA Courier to the whole country at the same day. Orders placed after Friday 12pm are shipped on Monday.
They are delivered in the address you have chosen in 1-2 working days(3 in distant locations). You can also receive your order at your local ELTA Courier branch if you want to.
For areas that there is no ELTA Courier branch, orders will be delivered through Hellenic Post Office (ELTA). In such a case delivery time can vary from 5-15 working days. In some areas that orders are being delivered through Hellenic Post Office (ELTA), there is the possibility that they won’t deliver it to you in the specified address, but you will have to pick it up yourself from the local ELTA branch

Up to 2Kg there is 3€ minimum shipping fee and for larger orders extra 1,10€/kg.
For orders larger than 250€, the shipping cost is free (grow tents, soils and substrates not included).

SPEEDEX Courier
Orders that are placed until 12pm are shipped with SPEEDEX Courier to the whole country at the same day. Orders placed after Friday 12pm are shipped on Monday.
They are delivered in the address you have chosen in 1-3 working days. You can also receive your order at your local ELTA Courier branch if you want to.
For areas that there is no SPEEDEX Courier branch, delivery time can vary from 5-15 working days.

Up to 2Kg there is 3€ minimum shipping fee and for larger orders extra 0.90€/kg.
Orders that are send to Crete and Dodecanese islands have an extra 0.50€ fuel surcharge per order.
Orders that are send to Argo-Saronic Gulf, Sporades, Cyclades, North Aegean and Ionian islands have an extra 0.90€ fuel surcharge per order.
For orders larger than 250€, the shipping cost is free (grow tents, soils and substrates not included).

ACS
We can send your order with ACS courier upon request, for not heavy orders and without the option to pay with cash on delivery. Valid mostly for not distant locations.
Shipping fees with ACS courier are not calculated automatically. We will inform you about the cost after completing your order.

Transport Company
Orders are sent with transport company in the whole country twice a week.
Shipping fees with transport company are not calculated automatically. We will inform you about the cost after completing your order. The cost is about 8-15€ for each carton. Usually for mainland Greece the cost is 8€ and for islands 10-12€. This charge includes transport to the local carrier’s location with you picking up the order from that location, or delivery outside your house if your location is near the carrier’s location and the carrier delivers in this specific location without extra charge. If you wish the order to be delivered for sure in the exact location you have provided us, please state it in the order’s notes before we inform you about the shipping cost.
If you know a specific transport company that suits you best and their address is on the areas of Votanikos, Agios Ioannis Rentis and Tauros (Attica) you can ask us to ship your order with them. Moreover, if you cooperate with this transport company, you can ask us to send your order without extra shipping charges and you will have to pay the transport company yourself. In this case we are not responsible for the shipping charges the company will ask.
Orders below 10€ aren’t shipped with transport company and for orders above 250€ the shipping cost is free(including grow tents, soils and substrates).

Courier for Cyprus
Orders to Cyprus are shipped with ACS
They are delivered in the address you have chosen in 10-15 working days. You can also pick your order from the local courier office, if there is one and you wish to do so.
Shipping fees with EMS courier are not calculated automatically. We will inform you about the cost after completing your order.
The cost is calculated according to the following chart, incremented by the monthly fuel surcharge, posted in the ACS webpage. The final cost might be different as the orders are also measured by volume and not only by weight.

Payments

You can pay your order via the following ways:

• With cash at the store
• With COD (Cash on delivery), if you have chosen shipping with ELTA or Speedex Courier, your order total is between 10€ and 300€ and the transport costs are less than 1/3 of the value of the products ordered.
  -For orders up to 50€ there is an extra charge of 2€
  -Our store has the right to refuse shipping of curtain high cost orders with COD, for example for heavy products, high value items or when there is risk of the customer not receiving the order
• With e-banking money transfer to Alpha, Eurobank, Piraeus Bank or National Bank of Greece (in case of transferring money from a different bank, or from a foreign bank you must be charged with the extra transfer fees)
• With money deposit to any bank branch
• With debit/credit card or IRIS at the store
• With debit or credit card at the e-shop through Piraeus Bank (epay) safe payment system
• With IRIS for orders up to 50€ through Piraeus Bank (epay) safe payment system
• With IRIS for orders higher than 50€ through DIAS safe payment system
• With Paypal through PAYPAL safe payment system

If you choose to pay with credit card, you may pay with up to 6 interest free installments, depending on the total amount of your order.
100-200€ : 2 installments
201-300€ : 3 installments
301-500€ : 4 installments
501-1000€ : 5 installments
1001-2000€ : 6 installments

Delivery cost
Delivery cost includes packaging and delivery charges. The delivery cost depends on the weight of the object as well as on its volume in case of light objects with big dimensions. Since delivery costs are applicable to every delivery order, you are advised to order all the items you wish to receive collectively so as to avoid repetitive charges for multiple packages. Shipping cost is automatically calculated and you can see it in the shopping cart. In case of shipping by transport company the cost is not known, so prior phone communication is required.

General Information
Orders are usually delivered within 2 days. Friday orders after 12pm are sent on Monday. In case a product is not available or the delivery is for some reason delayed, we will contact you to inform you about the delivery date as soon as possible. No shipping is made without payment in advance with the exception of special arrangement and agreement. We pack and send the products in the best possible way so that you receive them in a perfect condition. Possible damage or destruction of the product due to the shipping company is not our responsibility, except if the damage is not obvious before openning the package. When receiving the product check it and in case of an obvious problem deny accepting it and communicate with us.

Shipments that are not accepted are returned to us. That happens when the packet reaches its destination but is not accepted by anyone within a certain period of time. If re-shipping of such an order is asked, customer will be obliged to pay for the order as well as the shipping costs for both shipments before we send the order again.
