The TD Silent 3V circular diagonal duct silent fans are designed for installation in circular ducts. The fan housing is made of high-quality tough plastic. The fans are equipped with a patented vectorial noise absorber (see construction figure). The terminal block is located on the fan housing. The easy-to-remove TD Silent fan motor unit is housed in an integrated mounting bracket that allows an easy wall or ceiling mounting. The fan speed can be controlled in three stages. The TD Silent diagonal duct fans can be installed in a horizontal or vertical position. The unique design of the support bracket allows mounting or dismantling of the motor and impeller assembly without dismantling the ducting.
Housing
The fan housing is made of high-quality tough plastic. The housing is equipped with acoustic fiberglass insulation. The design allows an easy dismantling of the motor part.
Impeller
The fan impeller is diagonal, made of plastic.
Motor
The fan motor has three windings and three speeds. The motor has a thermal overload protection, the winding has a tropicalization treatment and insulation class B, rating IP44. The ball bearings are greased for life. Supply voltage 230 V/50 Hz.
Terminal block
The terminal block is located on the fan housing and is removable. Easy installation and connection, IP55 rating.
Installation
The fan can be mounted in any position. The housing must not transmit mechanical stresses from the ducting. It is necessary to use the VBM flexible connections.
Speed control
For the three winding motors, the speed is switched in three stages using the COM 3 or INTER 4P controllers, or the voltage change control can be used with the REB (continuous control) or REV (five-stage control) controllers.
